iCloud Music Library stalled on "uploading remaining songs and artwork"

iTunes has been updated to the latest version, so I'm not entirely sure why its taking so long to sync.

Stuck on uploading remaining songs and artwork I've been trying to upload all of my iTunes library to the cloud for listening on my new Apple Music subscription, but it seems to have gotten stuck after uploading ~6,000 of my 18,000 song library. I've tried restarting iTunes, logging out of Apple Music, turning off the sync iCloud Music Library and back on again...nothing. No progress bar telling me how many songs have been uploaded or anything. Has anyone else found a way to successfully deal with this issue? Part of the reason I switched to Apple Music in the first place was to access my local PC's music library from my phone. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Music not syncing even though it appears to be Hello, I have a very annoying problem recently. I download and import a lot of mp3 files into music, and then sync them to my other devices through the iCloud music library. Recently, tons and tons of mp3s refuse to sync, I select 'Add to Library', and they apparently do, but when I go to my phone they are greyed out and there's the cloud with an exclamation mark in it next to the song. Sometimes it takes several deleting and re-importing and syncing to get a track to sync. When you go to 'Songs' on the Music app and click on the download symbol icon which supposedly means it was downloaded to the iCloud Library you get this error: "This item was not added to your Cloud Music Library because an error occurred." I haven't been able to find any explanation. I disabled the sync library and restarted my computer and it didn't fix the problem, I deleted a lot of songs from the library, nothing. Any ideas? It's seriously aggravating.

MP3 files not syncing to iCloud Music Library Hi, I'm trying to upload "Flood Live In Australia" by They Might Be Giants to my Apple Music library. I'm doing this by dragging the MP3 files for the album into Apple Music for Windows 11, selecting the ... icon labeled "Sidebar Actions," selecting "Library", then "Update iCloud Music Library." As far as my computer is concerned, the upload works as expected. However, when I try to access this from my iPhone or the web client for Apple Music, the album is completely greyed out. The album is missing cover art, as well. On iPhone, every track returns the "This item is not synced across your devices" error. On the web client, they return the "Not Available on the Web" error message. I've had to reupload this album several times now. The first time, I had to reupload because Apple Music was refusing to acknowledge my MP3 tagging changes, and even REVERTED MY CHANGES. (P.S., the user usually tags things a certain way for a reason. Don't do that.) Then, "Road Movie To Berlin" and "Sapphire Bullets of Pure Love" both failed to upload, and no matter how many times I told Apple Music to sync my iCloud music library, they never made it to my phone. So, I reuploaded. Then all the tracks failed to upload. I've reuploaded about 8 times since then, all resulting in the same error. I've been facing this problem for about 3 or 4 days now, with no solution in sight. I've even test-uploaded other MP3s, and those have failed, too.
