Are you saying that you are having problems with your carrier? If yes, you would want to contact your carrier and ask them to run a check on things from their end.
No this is not related to carrier. It is the Iphone showing this message as i was continuously losing carrier network. After several investigation, and even complete Iphone reset and format, and without any e-sim, it ran a cellular diagnostics, it then showed a warning message: "check iphone cellular components"
