My contact details are not accepted on "Complete your Apple Account"

Hello, I'm a new Mac user. I'm almost done setting up my Mac except I couldn't download some apps I use for work because my contact details are not accepted on "Complete your Apple Account". See below screenshot.


It says that my county name is not valid even though I selected it from the dropdown menu. It's also asking me to enter the details in red, but those details have already been entered. I tried turning off my location services, but it didn't help. These are the same contact details I use on my IDs and everywhere else. Can someone please help me?
