Constantly getting Apple Account Verification pop ups

WTH Apple, my PC suddenly has Apple Account Verification Code pop-up and I can't get my work done!! I do the two-step verification on my iPhone and enter the code - buffers - the pops back up again - What caused this to begin with, and what's the fix!!!???

iCloud Verification code notification disappears really fast on my devices I'm trying to use the iCloud Password manager on my Windows Computer. I click the "Approve..." Button and the "Enter the verification code sent to your other devices" appears. On my iPad the notification appears but only for less than a second. I've tried multiple times on different days, but same result every time. It works perfectly when logging in to the Apple Support site or other places where the 2-factor verification process appears. Please advice

Windows 11 PC - iCloud Verification Issue I can sign into the Windows Store version of iCloud in Windows 11. I get the pop-up asking for the code. The verification screen then briefly flashes across all my iOS devices but not long enough for me to press "Allow" and then it disappears so I have to get a code texted to me to sign in. Once that occurs the iCloud screen comes up on my PC but with the Password section "grayed" out and the "Approval" button shows. Click on that and I get the brief flash across devices again and cannot approve Passwords. I've tried everything. Repair/reset, Signing out on all devices and iCloud as well. Reinstalling. All devices are running the latest version/build. Nothing has worked. Was on Apple support chatting/on phone 3 separate times and their conclusion was that it's a Microsoft issue. Anyone else see this or have a solution? Really didn't see much in the Microsoft community...
