Moving or saving files saved to iCloud Drive on Windows PC

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251825725?sortBy=

When attempting to overwrite a .flp file that is saved in iCloud Drive, I get a notification telling me that the old version will no longer be available. Obviously the old version is not going to be available buddy I am overwriting the file for a reason. Anyway this notification pops up underneath the FL Studio application and makes it unresponsive until I force quit. Once I terminate the application can I confirm the notification. This is extraordinarily annoying. On top of that, my taskbar is unusable for about a minute after I confirm the notification. Not only does it get in the way of my workflow, but it literally makes my windows taskbar unresponsive for an extended period of time. I find it very frustrating that this issue has been being discussed since 2020 and nothing has been done about it.

Above I have provided a link to another discussion that describes the same issue I am referring to.

We need a solution for this infuriating problem.
