icloud keeps popping up on computer wanting me to open

I can sign into my Apple account when I click on to "Manage Apple Account" in blue. The verification code works then. But I keep getting iCloud login that continuously pops up the whole time I'm on my computer. I reset my password yesterday, thinking this was the problem, but now I get the Verification Error - Error connection to Apple Account Server, over and over.
