Cannot use the apps from apple store

Signed in but cannot get the apps like what's app or messaenger whenever I complete signing in I get the message contact iTunes support

Download Apps I can’t download any apps from my App Store. It keeps saying log in to iTunes, then I press continue and verify. But it doesn’t download. It just keeps popping up saying log in to iTunes. How do I fix so I can download apps again ?

Apple ID How come I cannot download any apps with my Apple ID. It says it’s not logged in to ITunes but I try to log in and it doesn’t work. I have checked and the Apple ID is current -see pic but it won’t let me download anything to the store.
