The Bluetooth earbuds lx410 will not pair with iPhone or ipad

The Bluetooth earbuds lx410 will not pair with iPhone or iPad, these are new lx410 earbuds. I’ve charged them and tried with both iPhone and iPad Pro. Does anyone else have this problem? Is, if and how did you solve it? Thanks in advance for any advice or help. Greatly appreciated.

you need to put headsets into pairing / discovery mode the first time you connect them with your devices

While rare, some earbuds that advertise Bluetooth 5.2 or 5.3 support, do not fully implement the HFP/A2DP/AVRCP profiles that are needed for iOS/iPadOS devices. Apple is picky—if it doesn't see the right profiles, it may refuse the connection, and this may be the reason in this case.


One simple thing you can try is to toggle Airplane mode on your iPhone & iPad to see if this can help. Another thing to check: These earbuds may only be able to be paired to one device at a time. If they were, and then, you try pairing them to either your iPhone or iPad, it will not work.
