Local Language font changed after ios 18.4

The recent iOS 18.4 update has made the Sinhala font extremely hard to read, which is affecting many iPhone users in Sri Lanka. We are experiencing significant issues with the clarity of the font, and many users are upset about the change. Please bring back the old Sinhala font as it was much more readable. This is a common issue affecting a large number of Sri Lankan users. We urge Apple to fix this problem in the upcoming updates.

Facing the same issue for Bengali (bangla) font. And the new font is bad.

I'm also facing the same issue for Bengali, both on iPhone & iPad. The font experience is ruined all over the system, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Browsers etc

What app are you showing in your image? Do you see this change everywhere including Safari, Mail, Messages, Notes, Pages?
