Update MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1->15.4. is not accepting password...

I tried to restart it several times as well.

The device is under kid's 12y old Apple ID.

I know all passwords and account names for his and my parents AppleID on this MacBook Pro...

Nothing is matching / has been accepted by the MacOS for the update..

Any idea how to pls?

Thanks a lot,.

R.

Hello. I have the same problem. I know my password by heart I’ve tested many times without success. However filevault is activated on my computer, I’ve try the recovery method with my recovery password but it dosen’t work neither. Without my computer I cannot work. How I do ?
