Why can't I purchase season 3 of Dance Moms on Apple TV

On my Apple TV account, it says that I can purchase seasons 3, and 7 through 9 (see attached), (I already purchased season 1, 2, and 4). However, when I click on the button that says "purchase seasons 3, 7-9", season 3 doesn't come up as an option for me to purchase. Why is this happening and how can I fix this?

It is usually based on what the content provider sends to Apple to be available in the store, but it does seem strange that it lists season 3 in the first screen and then doesn't present it as available to purchase. Best to contact Apple to verify what the issue is. This is only a user support forum.
