Applecare still active and preventing me changing country

This is driving me mad. I have moved to Thailand and want to change my country . I have unsubscribed to everything as requested and yet I go to change county and I’m told I must cancel AppleCare

I have cancelled AppleCare but still get the same notice

I’ve spoken so many times and so much conflicting information.

i just want it off my phone so I can change country

I now have no storage no back up and no Apple one and obviously cannot resubscribe until I change country

why is Apple care not off my phone and why is it stopping me changing county
