Using old MacBook Pro extension adapter with my new MacBook Pro 16”

You can use it if it physically fits the new power adapter. Not sure the new adapter has a removable plug or wall cable, though. The adapter for my MBA does not and is nothing like the older ac adapters of previous generation MacBooks.

the AC extension cord is universal, and fits every Mac Power adapter with a removable power input.
