How do I enable disabled iCloud backup on iPhone 13 with iOS 18?
ICloud is greyed out in settings. I can not access it on my IPhone 13.

Settings, Screen Time, turn off content &privacy restrictions.

If you are backing up your phone to iCloud, you cannot get a disabled backup
All the backups That are valid can be restored back to your phone, but the backups are enabled or disabled
