Can I undo a Apple Gift Card redemption on my iPhone?

I bought a apple gift card, large amount, prepare to use it as gift for my friend. but in iPhone, it's very sensitive, as long as you click the card id, it got deposited to your account right away, without confirm button.

How can I get that redeem invalid and get my money back.

I cannot use it in apple store due to some personal reason
