How to resolve pending payment for in-app purchase on Genshin Impact?

I bought a in-app battle pass in genshin impact through the app it self. i got the pass and everything but no charge was made. it still says pending payment even though my payment method card has always worked and it has enough money to purchase it. when i got to the app store to check it. what to do? i contacted apple but they said they cant provide email help due to my region.

Hi I have apple id base on the US and have 100 us dollar balance but I can’t pay in game purchases “your ourchase coupd not be completed” why is that? So I’m base in Asia but have US apple jd country region that have balance to buy in game purchases. but it shows the purchased could not be completed why is that? Usually its fine. Apple Store - "We’re waiting for your payment" with payment already made I recently ordered an iPad Pro with an apple pencil, they already charged the full amount including taxes and the payment was successful as I double checked with my bank. Despite this, only the apple pencil was processed but the iPad Pro status appear as "We’re waiting for your payment". My problem is, i'm from Guatemala and they don't have any kind of support contact for my region and i'm unable to solve the issue. What else could I do or how could I get in touch with them?
