iPhone 17 pro max not charging

Why won't my iPhone 17 Pro Max charge? It charges wirelessly but not with the original iPhone power cable, the screen is slow to turn on, and the camera app often won't open

I bought my 17 Pro Max from the US and am using it in Turkey, but since I haven't paid the Turkish government, the authorized service center won't cover my device with a warranty. Doesn't Apple have a universal warranty? If so, why can't I take advantage of it? If you can't provide a warranty, sell iPhones for $500.

My device is a European version

It's not a European version if you bought the phone in the U.S.

Apple does not sell the "European" version in the U.S., so even if you shipped the phone back to the U.S., it would not be covered by the warranty.

If you really did buy a "European" version in the U.S., then the phone was shipped from another dealer in Europe to a dealer in the U.S., who technically sold the phone illegally, unless it was sold to you as a "used" device.

My advice would be to pay for service with a reputable service shop. I don't know if there are authorized Apple service shops in Turkey, but if there are.......their names will appear when you open this link:

Good luck.
