iCloud storage upgrade payment failing

Hello I’m trying to upgrade my iCloud account for more storage but keeps saying payment failed

Try adding another payment method:

Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping → Add Payment Method

Add a:

Debit card (Visa/Mastercard)
Credit card
Apple Cash (USA only)

PayPal is NOT supported for iCloud storage in many countries.
