Hi.

Several days ago have buy an iPhone SE from second-hand, which is locked by Activation Lock (Find My Phone service or something else). This human is not a original owner of this device, i guess, that it was stolen. How can i know the original owner e-mail to contact him about this device? I can attach device's S/N or IMEI, or some original owner's g-mail symbols, that iPhone shows me at activation step.

Thank You.

iPhone SE

I would suggest you report this to your local police. If you purchased it locally from a store then take it back and ask for a refund of your money.

There is no way to determine if a device is locked by Find My Phone other than testing the device before you purchase it. Or, buy a new or refurbished phone from Apple which come with warranty.

Activation Lock Problem

If you purchased the device second-hand, then it is useless without the Apple ID and password to which it is locked. If you don't have it, can't remember it or cannot get it, then the device is useless to you. Try to get your money refunded, if you can, or take it to an Apple store for an exchange provided they will help you. If you are the original owner then take the device, a copy of your purchase receipt and identity proof to an Apple retailer where they may be able to assist you. For a decease owner you will need a certified copy of the Death Certificate, the device, proof of inheritance and proof of your identity. Take all to your local Apple Store for help. Note: there is no guarantee that anyone can gain access to the device.
