Stop excel documents auto opening with numbers

How do I stop all of my excel documents auto opening in Numbers? I want them to open in Excel

Open Finder and select (highlight) any excel document. Then use the command i key combination or Finder File menu > Get Info.

In the "Open with" section of the Info window, select Excel and then click the "Change All" button.
