My Mac air on latest Mojave now refuses to print PDFs. Both IOS and Adobe are up to date.
Boot into Safe Mode and try from there.
NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

Printing from what application? Adobe?
What exactly happens when you try? Any error message?
Did you try printing from Preview?
