Administrative password for restart

When my Mac is awaken after being asleep for over an hour, I have it set to require me to put in my administrative password. However, if i turn it off and then restart it after an hour, it just goes to my desktop without requiring an administrative password. How can I make my Mac require an administrative password from a start-up? I am running 10.14.5 on an iMac.

iMac 21.5" 4K, macOS 10.14

Turn off Automatic Login in Users & Groups system preferences. It is under Login Options.
