Changing credit card info

Credit card was compromised ans I need to put new credit card on file. Tried to remove old one and was unable to do it. There is an "active subscription on this acct and nees at least one payment on file". Cannot get to an area to put in new credit card.

If yo can't add a second card to the account and then remove that one, nor remove it via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage, contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
