iCloud Photos Shared Libraries

I want to be able to share my entire library with someone else and I also want to see that persons library as well. They have this feature in google photos. Does iCloud Photos have it as well?

iPhone 8, iOS 12

The items in iCloud are bound to the AppleID for each user. You can share selected documents on iCloud Drive with other people you invite, but to access an iCloud Photos Library and to share it with someone, you have to use the same AppleID, which would be inconvenient.

This is not possible using iCloud Photo Library.

that another product has this feature is moot.

use the other product if it suits your needs better.
