I am trying to switch to my new phone and this popup ON CRACK keeps telling me to log into my old apple id to get songs/apps from iTunes. i don't know the password, it's like 20 years old and when i go to iforgot it says that account doesn't exist. FRUSTRATING!!
One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
