FaceTime IPad Air after purchase of IPhone XS

I purchased an IPhone XS last week. Since then, I’ve been unable to make or receive a FaceTime call on my iPad Pro. No settings were changed on iPad and FaceTime works fine on the phone. Thoughts appreciated.

Try switching FaceTime Off on your iPad then back ON.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID & password for iMessage and FaceTime.

Note you cannot FaceTime (iPad <-> iPhone) each other with the same Apple ID.

FYI: iPad Air is not iPad Pro.
