money taking out of my account

there was a $35.99 charge and it should NOT have come out. i had a 3 month trial

If it shows as a paid-for purchase on the iTunes account's purchase history and isn't just a temporary holding charge, and if you don't think you should have received the charge, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
