"unable to update some apps"

I have a new MacBook Air.. when trying to update some apps, I get the error message "unable to update some apps". "to update these apps, you need to accept them on the account page in the App Store" HELP PLEASE!

Delete those apps and redownload them from each app's page in the App Store.
