I am unable to see my shared albums in the photos on my icloud.com account. I am able to see them in photos on my Macbook Pro and on my iPhone. How do I see them on icloud.com?

Shared albums are not accessible on iCloud.com

They are hosted by Apple outside of your iCloud storage. They can be viewed in an iOS/macOS Photos app when using the same Apple ID. Iff shared to a public web site/album, they are also viewable on the web in a browser.
