How to move all apps from exiting iPad to a new IPad

You can use one of the methods here to restore all the apps, data and settings from the old iPad to a new one.

If you just want to restore the apps, you can download them again in the App Store after you get the iPad set up and you are signed into the App Store. The issue with this is that your data will not be included in the apps since you are not restoring the backup.

First back up your iPad then factory restart your iPad that you want to transfer your apps to. When you activate it sign in as usual than select the latest backup when it asked you to choose a backup.
