My Apple TV is showing the 1 choose wifi network 2 choose this Apple TV screen and my silver remote is not responding when pressing the menu button , how do I fix this ? Have turned the Apple TV off at the wall and turned back on still the same issue , have replaced the battery in the remote and tried the pairing but nothing works , help ?
Try unlinking the remote and then linking again.
