My Mac runs 10.14.6 Mojave, Pages 8.1. can I build a "fillable" or "live" form in pages that can be used across platforms of Mac, iPad and iPhone. I own a Hair Studio and would like to create a Client form that can be filled out online as well as printed. Thank you
Pages v8.1 does not have a built-in forms creation tool, so wrong product if you want to create a form-based, or cross-platform, interactive document.
The free LibreOffice has a form creation component in its Writer application including inline forms because it is a Word clone. You will also need to review Chapter 18 in the LibreOffice Writer v6 User Guide for more details on how to generate and customize form features.
If you already have access to a current release of MS Word, then use that to generate your forms driven document. Then export to PDF.
