Upgrade SSD and RAM 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar)

Is it possible to upgrade SSD and RAM on the 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar)?

If yes, where could I find the parts?

This is the same problem you face when you need a bigger engine in your car. Upgrading the one you have is essentially impossible.

You can convert your current computer to Cash by selling it, and use the cash to buy a computer that better meets your needs.

You can purchase a external hard drive - there are some very small reasonably priced bus powered SSDs. Even so that rather takes away from the convenience of a notebook unless there's data you can conveniently leave at home. The best choice, if you have the financial ability is to sell it and purchase a new or Apple refurbished computer that fits your needs today and for the next several years.
