Apple Music playlists/songs won't download after updating to iOS13

I updated to iOS 13 on my iPhone X and Apple Music broke. I'm unable to download my playlists and songs. I thought it would automatically download my playlists, but it doesn't.

I tried to download a song. When I tap "ADD", it loads, then return to ADD button. Doesn't download. Show Apple Music, Add Playlist Songs and Sync Library are all turned on. I also tried resetting the phone; but no luck.

Sooooooo frustrating because I have a TON of playlists : / Can anyone help?

Never mind. Ran a local backup and an update/restore from recovery mode. Back in business!
