Best Ad Blocker For Safari 13.0.1

Recently upgraded to the new Safari 13.0.1 browser which rendered my former ad blocker (Ublock Origin) useless. Now the pop-ups are killing me. The Safari built in block settings don't work. Nothing seems to stop them. Really, it's out of control.


Are there any Mac-friendly ad blockers out there to eliminate such?

AdGuard and 1Blocker (an updated version will be released soon) are quite renowned blockers.
