Internal speaker is no longer in Audio System Preferences after installing Mac OS X Catalina!

Greetings to all in the community,

After installing Catalina, I lost my sound from my speakers :(

I checked previous posts and tried to follow some instructions.

Still, my internal speakers are not showing up.

The headphone works.

The internal speakers work because after restarting my MacBook Pro, the speakers sound the staring Apple sound. The speakers do not work after that.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.
