Apple TV + “Enjoy 1 Year Free” message does not appear.

Apple TV + “Enjoy 1 Year Free” message does not appear.

I have purchased my new iPhone 11 three weeks ago and when I tried to activate my free 1 year apple tv + subscription from the apple TV app - “Enjoy 1 Year Free” message does not appear. I tried everything. I have scrolled down to Watch Now and still nothing. I even clicked on the each of the shows hoping the offer will appear there. The only option I am getting is TRY APPLE TV+FREE 7 days free, then € 4.99/month.

Interesting , it allows me to watch episodes of morning show and see , I had an option ''Play Free Episode''

Didn’t fix it for me have a new iPad and iPhone 11 but only shows free 7 days, any more ideas?

Open a desktop web browser, go to https://tv.apple.com and log in using your Apple ID credentials. You should be able to accept the 1-year free trial offer from there. Then on your iPhone, sign out of the TV app, close it, then launch the app and sign in again.

Your one-year free ‌Apple TV‌+ trial should hopefully now be active.
