I got payment on my statement for Apple.com/bill iTunes.com. Charges a made from my card which isn’t connected to my only Apple account. what I post to do? How can I make call to Apple support servis from country where is no provider of Apple?

I got unexplained payments on my statement for “Apple.com/billiTunes.com Ir...” for which I didn’t get any confirmations from Apple service by e-mail, as usually.

Charges are was made from my card which isn’t connected to my Apple account. What to do? Where to find information about it?

How can I make a call to Apple support servis from mobile number of foreign countries where is have no provider of Apple company?
