I’m setting up a phone for my cousin for Xmas, I’ve made her an Apple ID I’ve gone to sign in as I’m still at the set up bit and this is all I’m getting whilst trying to fully set up her phone, I’ve had an IPhone since I was 14 and Im now 22 so I know what I’m doing when setting a new iPhone up

I can’t get past apps&data on set up, Ive logged into her Apple ID on the Apple website but when it comes to singing in to get onto her phone to working normally I can’t get past as it just says could not sign in, I’ve completely reset the phone and changed the WiFi network and nothing is working

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
