I just got a new phone and chose the options of transferring the data from the old to the new and backed the new one up to I. Loud but none of my Apps from the old phone transferred. How can I transfer everything ?

Apps do not transfer.
Their purchase history does, and then they download from the App store. If they are compatible, they will download on their own.
