Why does my iPad Pro register at some of my accounts as Safari on Mac OS X 10.15 which causes them to lock me out and when I try to ID myself they don’t accept it...right now I’m locked out of several accounts. I have Bing/Safari on my iPad Pro 13.2.3. This stared after I updated 10.2.1 or 10.2.2

Sorry misspoke, this started when I updated 13.2.1. Or 13.2.2
So how does this relate to Mac OS showing up as my iPad Pro? And, do I need to do something with desktop version of Safari...and how? TY
Since iPad now runs the full desktop version of Safari, aka the Macintosh version of Safari, most websites will interpret iPad as a Macintosh running macOS 10.15.
