Subscriptions on MacBook Pro

Every time I try to view my subscriptions on my Macbook Pro in the app store, the screen goes white and I cannot view anything. I have tried restarting my laptop many times and it just won't work. I am trying to cancel a subscription. I click the manage button and it all goes white and does not load.

I just tried access my account details in the Mac App Store app and also can't currently access Subscriptions.


Subsequently I signed into my account details using the Music app and was able to access my subscriptions.


Try using the Music app.
