How to disable character spacing when text alignment justify?

Hi, I have a problem with a bigger spacing in words, when using text: justify.

You can see the bigger spacing between letters in the first line than in the second or third.

How to remove additional spacing between letters? I prefer spacing between words.

Thanks.

You may need to modify the Character Spacing in the Advanced Options panel when using justify.

I can. And it helps, but not as I want. It makes spacings a little smaller than in other lines. And in this case, I need to change spacings in all wrong lines. I didn`t find the right solution, but the best solution for me is to add spaces between all words in the wrong lines. So spaces between words increases and between characters stay the same. I think there is no setting for this case in the Pages.
