When I first got my phone it would notify me that I had a voicemail, but that feature has not been working for months. Checked my Settings/phone/notifications and it is on, As well as my cellular data which is also on. Any more suggestions?
Since Voicemail is a carrier service, have you tried to contact them asking for help?
