Using Catalina on my MacBook Pro. When I want to show a home video using TV app, I get the message 'TV Quit Unexpectantly'

I am using Catalina on my MacBook Pro. When I try to open TV app to show a home movie, I get the message 'TV quit unexpectedly'. The app did work for a period of time after Catalina download. How do I fix this issue? Thanks.
