I bought a new IPAD and everything transferred correctly except words with Friends 2. It transferred, but wouldn't open. So I deleted it and went to the store and downloaded it. However, it has me a new player and doesn't show my current or previous games. Is there a way to transfer a single app from an old IPAD to my new one?

Apps do not transfer between devices. The new app is downloaded to the new device.
However, the app’s data does transfer from a backup to a new device. So try restoring the old iPad’s backup to your new iPad. You cannot restore one app - it’s all or nothing.
