Apple TV App

Hi Everyone,

I bought the 2019 iPad 7th Generation from USA but I live in Pakistan and have registered my Apple account with country of residence as Pakistan. Now, I heard there is free one year subscription for people who buy the latest Apple products this year. But I am facing a problem that Apple services are very limited in Pakistan. Apple TV app doesn’t works here and it only says I can view the synced videos only. I don’t understand why would they limit their online services to some countries. So, I wanted to ask if I go to USA the next year (which I plan to do in Oct or Nov 2020) can I still avail this free 1 year subscription of Apple TV app there?? Or will the offer expire from one year onwards since this iPad was activated? Thank you.

The region of your Apple ID account (billing address and payment method for that address) will determine which media services are accessible to you. Your travels make no difference for that.

The offer expires three months after activation of the device, or when the promotion ends.
