How to remove the credit balance??

Im no longer live in USA, so I want to change the country on my settings.

BUT, It says I need to use up all my credit balance. I think only have $0.01 in my balance.

How can I remove that? It's been bother me for months.

Pls help me to remove the balance. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
