Boot into Safe Mode (Use Safe Mode to isoloate issues with your Mac) and test sending from there. Reboot normally and test again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing some system cache cleaning, volume verifying and directory repairing.

Resolved. I searched google for answer and got this simple reset from AppleToolBox. The iPhone not the computer was the problem. After some upgrades the iPhone looses it mind...

Fix:

On the iPhone, got to messages in "settings" and turn it off.

Then shut down the iPhone.

Restart the iPhone and turn the messages back on.

Evidently this clears the "Mind" of junk and confusion. And reindexes all the apps.

Be sure that the desktops and other machines are also on the same Apple ID. Use the iCloud sharing to handle large images and files.

Note: If an attachment does not send it maybe waiting an "Acceptance by Recipient" before the item will send.
