How do I change “Pages” document templates to English?

Pages templates use the common publishing and design practice of using the Latin Lorem Ipsum text as filler for Placeholder text regions in the template. When you open one of these templates, all you have to do is click on the latin text, and type your intended content over it as replacement text. There is no changing the Lorem Ipsum template text to English.
